The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court sitting in Maitama has adjourned to October 28, the arraignment of a property developer, Cecil Osakwe, and two others. Osakwe is alleged to be involved in unlawful eviction, criminal intimidation and threat to life of one Ms Asabe Waziri. At the resumed sitting last Wednesday Justice Samira Bature, adjourned the matter after Chika Ojukwu (SAN), counsel to Osakwe, informed the court that his client was in Britain and only got wind of the suit through a phone call that a service was pasted on his Nigerian residence.
