The Lagos State Special Offences Court in Ikeja has struck out the N95.5 million suit filed by the police against an independent oil marketer, Bode Abamoda Omojuyigbe. Omojuyigbe, 50, was charged in suit marked ID/21908C/23 by the police for allegedly obtaining petroleum products worth N95.591 million on credit by false pretence. However, Hon. Justice Olubusola A.
