ICW Group have signed a strategic partnership with the Federation of Master Builders to offer 10-year new home warranties
The ICW Group have signed a strategic partnership with the Federation of Master Builders Insurance (FMBI).
The partnership allows ICW to offer 10-year new home warranties to FMBI members.
ICW Group warranties are approved by all major lenders
Under the partnership, members of the FMBI will have access to bespoke residential warranties for any size of housing development.
ICW will also offer warranties for social housing schemes, and commercial warranties for 10 or 12 year cover.
FMBI members will also have access to building control services in ICW Building Control, a registered Building Control Approver for England and Wales, regulated by the Building Safety Regulator.
ICW are one of the largest suppliers of home warranties
FMBI is an independent, non-profit that lobbies for their member’s best interest, and acts as a source of knowledge, professional advice, support, and business building services for their members.
