Structural Warranty and Bonds specialist provider Advantage has appointed Sukanya Rollinson as relationship manager, further strengthening its client engagement team as the business continues its strategic growth across the UK
Sukanya brings more than four years of experience within the construction industry, having worked across both contractor and insurance environments, as well as contributing to family-led development projects. Her broad perspective across multiple sides of the sector provides valuable insight into the practical and commercial challenges faced by developers and contractors.
A strong advocate for sustainability, Sukanya has also been guiding solar research within the European construction sector, exploring how renewable energy solutions can be better integrated into modern building practices. Her work focuses on practical innovation — particularly how smarter design and renewable integration can reduce reliance on traditional infrastructure such as street lighting installations.
Prior to entering the construction industry, Sukanya worked in the medical field, qualifying in lower limb diagnosis and treatment while originally pursuing a surgical pathway.
Following her transition from healthcare, she completed a degree in computer engineering, bringing analytical thinking and technical understanding to her professional approach.
Sukanya said:
“I’m excited to be joining Advantage at such a dynamic stage of its journey. The company’s commitment to quality, innovation and sustainable growth really resonates with me.
“Having worked across both contracting and insurance environments, I understand how important clear communication and strong relationships are in delivering successful outcomes. I look forward to supporting our partners and contributing to the continued growth of the business.”
In her role as relationship manager, Sukanya will focus on developing and strengthening broker and developer relationships, supporting clients throughout the structural warranty process and ensuring a responsive, solutions-driven experience.
As a key player in the structural warranty market experiencing strong growth, Advantage continues to strengthen its position across the UK. This momentum has been driven by excellent service, increasing demand and strategic expansion, alongside continued investment in people, technology and service innovation. The business remains focused on developing internal talent and enhancing its client offering to support long-term, sustainable success.
Keith Gannon, chief executive officer at Advantage, added:
“Sukanya’s diverse background makes her a fantastic addition to the team. Her experience across construction and insurance, combined with her focus on sustainability and innovation, brings real depth to our relationship management capability.
“As we continue to grow, strengthening our connections with brokers, AI’s, builders and developers is vital. Sukanya will play an important role in ensuring we deliver the high level of service and partnership our clients expect from Advantage.”
