Bespoke modular and offsite specialist Go Modular Technologies UK has filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators

Southampton based offsite specialists Go Modular Technologies UK will file for administration, with London law firm SBP Law acting as ‘representives’.

Set up six years ago, the modular construction firm operated across the south of England, with several projects in Bristol and London.

Go Modular Technologies employed around 60 staff

According to Go Modular Technologies UK’s latest account figures, the firm employed around 60 staff from its South Hampshire Industrial Park base in Southampton.

Projects recently completed by the company include two 3-storey buildings in Abingdon-on-Thames, an addition to Bodmin Jail Gift Shop and the Ferryman in Poole, where ten new build flats constructed out of nine large modules over three levels were installed over the concrete commercial ground floor.

2024 is proving to be a difficult year for MMC firms, as Go Modular joins fellow fallen companies Lighthouse and Beattie Passive.
