Mass growth of horsetail has spread very quickly in the last 6 months on an empty groundspace hosting electric substation next to the walls of the bungaliw i curruntly rent from Livin housing County Durham engaland. My reporting the growth widespread initiated Durham County Council to act upon my concerns. The electric substation nextdoor to me is let to the electricity board from durham county council. Gardeners attended to cut down the growth but left it to rot on the ground. Due to windy weather and the ground being very wet shaded from high trees next to primary school aswell as my home. The spread and growth expanded and has been windblown accross several homes in the area. I am disappointed suffering from hayfever allergies i have great concerns as now the plant is growing and erupting from under my bedroom window aswell as many other properties widespread in our town Newton Aycliffe DL5 5RG. I am desperate to seek prifessional help to prevent further spread as a pensioner on state pension i am struggling to acquire the help needed. Please can you give this matter some real thought in how to proceed and which direction for action recommended..
