Berman will also play an important role in promoting a culture of ethics and compliance across Balfour Beatty Communities‘ workforce, which consists of over 1,400 employees. He will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and report directly to Chris Williams, the president of Balfour Beatty Communities.
“Trust in our business stems from a culture of ethical behaviour and compliance that is embraced by every one of our employees,” commented Williams.
