We’re excited to kick off our Lunch & Learn series with a session led by Helena Lidelӧw, chief technology officer at Volumetric Building Companies. Drawing on her extensive experience across academia and industry, including leading design and technology at some of the largest modular companies in Europe and the U.S.

She will share real-world insights into how advanced processes and factory-based thinking are transforming the built environment. Helena will also examine the evolving international landscape, highlighting the impact of tariffs on cross-border modular trade and what these shifts mean for the U.S. construction market.

Expect a dynamic discussion filled with practical takeaways and a look ahead at what’s next in industrialised construction.
