The National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Kano State Command has announced the conviction of 22 drug dealers in the state in July 2024. Commander Abubakar Idris-Ahmad confirmed the convictions to newsmen on Thursday. Idris-Ahmad describes the feat as a major victory in its fight against illicit drug trafficking and abuse. He also noted the case of Abubakar Mu’azu, who stabbed an NDLEA officer during his arrest.
