Invesis has announced that Beatrix Goldstein will be taking on the role of chief operating officer (COO) from 1 January 2024
As COO, Beatrix will offer guidance and direction on project delivery from the project award phase to completion. Her focus will be on improving the Core and Core+ portfolios while advancing Invesis’ ESG strategy.
Invests is jointly owned by the construction and civil engineering firm Royal BAM Group and PGGM, a pension fund manager and global investor.
Beatrix Goldstein will bring expertise in sustainable infrastructure
Betrix will be on the management board alongside Chris Williams (CEO) and David Swarbrick (CIO), working to achieve the company’s strategic objectives. Beatrix has extensive experience in the infrastructure investment sector.
Before joining Invesis, she served as the head of corporate projects and ESG at IKAV. She previously worked as a consultant, offering asset management insights to Meridiam, and also held the role of managing director at Bilfinger Project Investments.
What does Invesis do?
Invesis is a sustainable infrastructure company and investor. They oversee all aspects of investments, starting from development and financing, through design and construction, to maintenance, operations, and handover.
With a portfolio of 50 projects valued at €12bn, including projects like the Afsluitdijk in the Netherlands, Silvertown Tunnel in the UK, Cross River Rail in Australia, and University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein in Germany.
Invests operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia, and the US.
